• Leadership and development of the HR-Administration team

What you bring with you ###

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Business Administration, HR, or similar), federal HR specialist certificate or comparable HR training
• Several years of experience in operational HR administration and leadership experience
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM and affinity for digitalization
• Empathic, team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service and communication competence
