Registered Nurse with leadership tasks 80 - 100 %

In this role, you will lead a nursing team and be responsible for the quality of care in an institution in the Ostermundigen region, Canton Bern. Effective immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH at a workload of 80 – 100 %. You will support your employees in daily nursing care, structure processes, ensure the quality of care, and further develop your team professionally.

Your tasks in this responsible function

• You provide professional support to the team and ensure a quality of care that builds trust
• You coordinate processes, promote cooperation, and create clarity in everyday life
• You support new employees during their induction and accompany their development
• You participate in direct care and contribute your knowledge to the further development of processes
• You work in an environment that values professionalism, respect, and common goals

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Experience in acute care or psychiatry is an advantage, but not mandatory
• First steps in leadership or the desire to take on a leadership function
• High social competence, empathy, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
