Digital Transformation Employee (80-100%, temporary until August 2027)
The «B» is always in motion – and you create the ICT structures so that we can reach the next digitalization level!
We have adopted an ambitious strategy for digital transformation and want to gradually bring our ICT to the next level by 2030: more professional, more networked, and more effective. For this, we are looking for a personality who tackles tasks with much energy, a strong desire to design, and clarity, and who gradually modernizes our ICT together with a small team.
The position is temporary until the end of August 2027, with a possible option for extension.
These tasks await you:
you create complete and contemporary documentation of user and authorization administration as well as our workplace infrastructure
you support the professionalization and standardization of our ICT processes by creating conceptual and strategic foundations and implementing them into practical processes
you lead and work in various projects for the introduction and further development of diverse applications, especially in the area of ERP (Abacus)
you perform business analysis and are in regular dialogue with the users in the line for this purpose
you work on various infrastructure and workplace projects as well as the renewal of the workplace infrastructure
you occasionally take over the deputy role of the ICT Help Desk and ensure the technical administration and operation of our applications if necessary
You are personally:
an empathetic team player who works with people at eye level
strong in implementation with a good sense of what is realistic
profound and nuanced in analysis
focused on the needs of the users
strong in communication and responsible
someone who enjoys building and further development
Professionally, you bring:
Several years of experience with a strong track record in ICT or in digital transformation
Solid technical competencies and expertise in user and authorization administration as well as workplace management
Further training in and knowledge of ITIL and project management, knowledge of Abacus/ERP is an advantage
