What awaits you with us

• Processing of documents for import and export shipments
• Entry and maintenance of relevant data in various air freight systems
• Ensuring correct documentation of outgoing air freight shipments in compliance with airline requirements
• Informing recipients of import shipments as well as issuing the corresponding freight documents
• Irregular shift work between 05:00 and 24:00 as well as assignments on weekends

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or equivalent vocational training
• Specialist knowledge in air freight handling is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and high resilience
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Proficient use of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Work references as well as a complete CV of the last 5 years required
