For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for a

starting immediately or by arrangement

In this demanding position with a high degree of personal responsibility and great scope for design, you will undertake active market development in the field of pump and process technology in various application areas, including heavy industry.

Your main tasks:

• Acquisition of new projects with end customers, OEM partners, as well as the establishment and development of sales partners in defined international market segments
• Expansion of existing customer relationships through active networking and targeted needs analysis to identify additional projects and revenue potential
• Consulting and supporting contact persons at management and project levels, especially production, maintenance, plant, purchasing, and project managers
• Responsibility for the entire sales and project process - from the customer inquiry to the successful project completion - in close cooperation with the internal project manager and the management
• Representation of the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
• Positioning successful reference projects to further strengthen our market presence

Your profile:

• Degree as an industrial engineer, mechanical engineer, or technical training with further business administration training
• Several years of experience in international technical sales, ideally in the environment of pumps for hydraulics and process technology
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and reliable personality with high initiative
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
