They are also authorities for the protection of adults and children. In order to complete the existing team, the Justice de paix du district de Nyon, which employs nearly 20 magistrat·e·s and collaborateur·trice·s, is looking for a Gestionnaire de dossiers spécialisés. Responsibilities ## • Ensure with full autonomy the management and follow-up of cases for the chamber for the protection of adults and children, by mastering the procedures and business processes relating to the field. • Analyze and process the different stages of the procedure in connection with the maintenance of files, verifying that all documents are gathered and compliant. • Collaborate in the maintenance and planning of hearings, auditions, and consultations by determining the degree of urgency. • Manage the handling, routing, and dispatch of various correspondence by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal timeframes. • Draft certain decisions under the signature of the judge or any other person authorized to do so. • Provide service at the counter and on the telephone by informing litigants, avocat·e·s, and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and useful documentation. Qualifications ## • CFC d'employé·e de commerce, or any title deemed equivalent • 2 years of professional practice in judicial administration, in a law firm or notary's office • Sense of public service and resistance to stress • Good writing skills and excellent spelling, autonomous work under the responsibility of the hierarchical manager • Knowledge of standard IT tools, speed, rigor, precision, and discretion. As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt enforcement register and a criminal record of less than 3 months. An engagement in the lower salary class is possible if the duration of experience in connection with judicial administration, a law firm, or a notary's office is insufficient at the time of engagement.
