Accompanying, promoting and supporting the apprentices as well as HF students
Planning and conducting the practical training
Co-responsibility for the training quality as well as professional and appreciative supervision of the apprentices as well as HF students
Close cooperation with the vocational training manager as well as the team leaders
You ensure that the training guidelines and standards are met

Education at tertiary level HF or FH
Experience in the practical training of apprentices and HF students
Sound knowledge in nursing practice
High social competence, patience and joy in dealing with young people
Diploma vocational trainer (100h)
Positive basic attitude towards people in development processes and challenging situations
