Nursing Specialist Vocational Training Spitex 80 - 100% Bern

In this versatile role, you combine professional nursing with the guidance and promotion of future nursing specialists and make an important contribution to the training of the next generation in the healthcare sector. For a Spitex and nursing operation in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / a committed Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with joy in vocational training, high social competence, and interest in an appreciative team culture. What awaits you in this responsible task

• Holistic and process-oriented nursing as well as care of clients
• Responsibility for the training and guidance of HF students as well as FaGe apprentices
• Planning, design, and implementation of learning support in everyday professional life
• Promotion and support of trainees in their professional and personal development
• Coordination of daily tasks within the nursing team
• Collaboration in an interprofessional environment with outpatient and inpatient nursing services
• Active co-design of an appreciative and learning-promoting working environment

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalently recognized training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Joy in the training and guidance of young people
• Readiness to take on responsibility and actively pass on knowledge
• Vocational trainer course or readiness to complete it
• High resilience as well as a structured and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
