In this versatile and responsible function, you will ensure the trouble-free and safe operation of the buildings, technical systems and the entire infrastructure. You will plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance, repair and service work and undertake the coordination of external service providers. You will also actively participate in renovation, refurbishment and investment projects and ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental and legal requirements. The continuous optimization of the infrastructure, operational processes and energy efficiency is also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will support budget planning, undertake cost and contract controls and be the central contact person for internal departments, external partners and authorities. The coordination and management of external service providers as well as the areas of building cleaning and caretaker services complete your versatile range of tasks.

For this position, you have a completed basic technical training, for example in the field of electrical, HLKS, building automation, construction or facility maintenance, ideally supplemented by further training in Facility Management. You bring several years of professional experience in technical building operations or Facility Management as well as good knowledge of building and plant technology. Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations as well as experience in project management are an advantage. Good IT user skills, an understanding of budgeting and cost control as well as technical and business understanding complement your profile.

You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with several tasks running in parallel.
