Fitness Trainer (m/w/d) - Badrutt-s Palace Hotel

Your key responsibilities • You are a professional in your field with extensive knowledge and expertise in fitness. • With your experience and empathetic approach, you ensure our guests feel relaxed, cared for, and fully rejuvenated. • You lead a variety of fitness activities, both indoor and outdoor, and support guests during individual and group training sessions as well as ice-skating lessons. • You accompany and guide guests throughout their workouts, delivering a holistic wellness experience. • You work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless, comprehensive wellness experience for our guests. What you bring to the job For this diverse and dynamic position, you ideally bring: • Professional training and expertise with practical experience in the above-mentioned areas within a 5-star hotel environment. • Good language skills in English; Italian and German are an advantage. • A talent for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of team orientation. • High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility. • A well-groomed appearance and excellent manners. Our offer • Seasonal position available from now until early September 2026. • 5-day work week, averaging 43.5 hours per week. • 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year. • 13th salary from the start date (pro rata temporis). • Accommodation available in one of our staff residences upon request. • Meals available in our new, modern staff restaurant. • Work in an attractive environment with development opportunities.
