YOUR TASKS:

• Control production: Independently lead, operate, and monitor the sawing line and production equipment.
• Coordinate the team: Lead employees, plan deployments and tasks.
• Keep an eye on the process: Monitor equipment performance, availability, product quality, and delivery dates.
• Actively get involved: Hands-on support during malfunctions, optimisations, planned revisions, and maintenance.
• Leadership support: Assist and deputise for the production manager.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical foundation: Craft skills and technical understanding of modern machinery; basic knowledge of the wood industry, mechanics, or electrical engineering is a great advantage.
• Working style: Independent, solution-oriented, and willing to actively think along.
• Communication & IT: Good German skills in spoken and written form (English is an advantage) and confident use of MS Office.
• Mindset: Motivated to continuously develop yourself and acquire new knowledge about our equipment.
