This position is also suitable for career changers who ideally have already gained some sales experience or have a sales affinity and would like to prove this in our handyman store.

Your main areas of responsibility include ###

• Expert advice and sales of the entire range of machines, tools and fasteners and occupational safety as well as picking and preparing goods
• Acceptance and recording of repairs
• Processing of quotations, orders and complaints
• Design, presentation and maintenance of the range as well as contributing optimisation proposals
• Technical clarification, communication with customers and ensuring the interface to the workshop
• Participation in internal and external training
• Assistance with the maintenance and control of article and price data as well as participation in projects

Your profile ###

• You have completed training in retail, as a carpenter/joiner or in a technical or electromechanical field. Preferably, you bring commercial experience.
• You have a good technical understanding and experience in handling machines and tools.
• Confident handling of IT systems and preferably first sales experience complete your profile.
• As a team-oriented personality, you are also characterised by your customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• You work independently, are solution-oriented and remain resilient under pressure. You keep an overview even in demanding situations.
• You think in a networked way and your approach is characterised by reliability and a sense of responsibility.
