We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure, platform, cloud, modernization, and technical transformation projects within a complex IT environment. This role involves coordinating multiple technical teams and partners to ensure project success while respecting deadlines, budgets, quality, and security requirements.

Main responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from end to end.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise internal technical teams and external service providers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impacts related to IT infrastructures and services.
• Ensure budget monitoring, planning, and project reporting.
• Organize and lead production deployments, migrations, and technical transformations.
• Guarantee the compliance of solutions with architecture, security, and governance standards.
• Supervise technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Implement and monitor performance, quality, cost, and deadline indicators.
• Prepare technical arbitrations and support decision-making on complex subjects.

• Proven experience in technical project management or IT infrastructures.
• Solid knowledge of system, network, cloud, security, and platform environments.
• Excellent coordination capacity between technical and business teams.
• Leadership, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Ability to operate in complex contexts with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Appreciated assets

• Experience in infrastructure transformation or technological modernization projects.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and governance best practices.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, HERMES, IPMA or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile or hybrid environments.
