This is the contribution you can make • Lead technical projects in the field of unmanned aerial systems (drones) and manage project scope, deadlines, costs, risks, as well as cooperation with internal and external partners • Coordinate an interdisciplinary project team from engineering, operations, logistics, and other specialist departments and ensure goal-oriented implementation of project objectives • Evaluate technical changes to the aircraft system throughout the entire usage phase and evaluate change processes considering safety, risks, costs, and operational impacts • Analyze technical challenges together with engineers and systems specialists and derive well-founded decisions for the procurement or further operation of the system • Supervise aircraft-specific logistics processes, check technical documentation as well as manuals, and coordinate spare parts, warranty, and obsolescence issues What makes you unique • University degree in the field of engineering, robotics, aviation, or a comparable discipline as well as experience in leading technical projects or procurement projects • Experience in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles, drones, drone development, certification, or operational use in a civilian or military environment • Ideally, you have knowledge of aircraft-specific processes as well as experience in regulated technical environments • Project management competence with technical understanding and the ability to holistically assess the effects of changes on complex systems • Strong ability to coordinate different technical and organizational stakeholders and bring about common solutions • You have oral and written knowledge of an official language as well as good oral and written knowledge in English, C1 level.
