Executive Management Architecture

Are you an architect with leadership experience, do you think entrepreneurially, and do you want to take responsibility where design, quality, and people management come together? In a personally managed, regionally anchored architecture firm, you will take on a central role in operational management and actively help shape the further development of the organization. Together with the existing managing director, you will lead the business office and gradually assume overall operational responsibility. We are looking for a reliable, reflective personality who convincingly combines architecture, leadership, and business thinking.
