Your role will notably consist of: Accompanying and supporting with the educational team for beneficiaries living in a residential home. Parenting support. Start date: as soon as possible Activity rate: 80 - 100 % Contract type: CDI Application deadline: 13 September 2026 Class: 13 or 15 according to the salary scale of the State of Geneva Bachelor in social work (HETS) or Social Educator Diploma (ES) or University Bachelor (neighboring field of social work) with one year of full-time professional practice in a residential setting or in IGE Foreign diplomas: requirement of official recognition by SEFRI (or by an equivalent recognized organization) Hold a HETS practical trainer diploma or be ready to follow the training (CAS/PF) Significant previous experience in working with pre-adolescents and adolescents Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to various populations Autonomy, team spirit and sense of initiative Good organizational skills To have a good knowledge of the Geneva social network Good writing skills in French Knowledge and great motivation for nautical activities and the maintenance of sites and equipment as educational tools. To have a driving license (B) Boat license (sailing and/or motor) is a plus To be of Swiss nationality or benefit from a valid work permit. To carry out its mission, the FOJ is looking for its residential home Les Écureuils Doret, which welcomes children aged 4 to 15 in the medium and long term, three certified educators.
