Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (for foreign persons with SRK recognition)
• Professional experience in long-term care
• Knowledge and understanding of age-related changes, chronic illnesses, and demential developments
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working

Tasks ##

• Professional, individual, and holistic nursing and care of the residents in different areas of long-term care
• Promotion and maintenance of independence, quality of life, and everyday competencies
• Support during personnel shortages as well as during increased nursing and care needs
• Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures within the scope of one's own competencies
• Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
