In the Department of Registers and Civil Status (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/ueber-uns/organisation/abteilung-register-personenstand) we are committed to legal certainty in the areas of the commercial register, land registry, surveying and civil status.
The land registries in the Canton of Aargau are located in Baden, Laufenburg, Wohlen and Zofingen. They are responsible for the formal and substantive examination of the registered legal transactions and execute them in the land register.
