Working in close collaboration with our internal teams, our clients, and our external partners, you put your technical expertise at the service of finding suitable solutions and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. Both a technical expert and a privileged interlocutor, you analyze needs, provide concrete solutions, and contribute to the development of lasting relationships with our clients and partners. Your responsibilities ## • Process and follow up on technical tickets and requests coming from internal teams. • Provide your expertise and support to technical project managers in the search for and implementation of solutions. • Develop and structure the technical data necessary for the referencing of items in our catalogue. • Advise internal teams and clients on the equipment and technical solutions adapted to their needs. • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners in order to identify the most relevant solutions. • Be a reference interlocutor for all technical questions related to MV-LV network equipment. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data, processes, and technical solutions offered to our clients. Your profile ## • CFC in network electrician or technical training deemed equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial, energy, or technical environment, ideally with a dimension of consulting or customer relations. • Solid expertise in MV-LV network equipment and installations. • Experience in an interface role between technical teams, clients, and partners. • Excellent sense of service, listening, and communication. • Analytical mindset and ability to quickly identify needs and propose suitable solutions. • Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility, and ease in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment. • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. • Good knowledge of German and English: an asset. • Very good command of MS Office tools; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce constitutes an advantage.
