Your tasks Instruct legal remedy procedures and draft appeal decisions in diverse areas of law Draft complex building permits as well as other decrees in a legally secure manner Accompany and legally support instruction and settlement negotiations Advise municipalities and private individuals and carry out inspection visits at municipalities Supervise legal interns and collaborate in specialized areas (e.g., domestic violence and evictions) Your profile Completed legal studies (MLaw) with attorney patent and/or sound knowledge of Bernese procedural law Interest in administrative and procedural law issues Enjoyment in analyzing complex legal cases, researching legal questions, and seeking practical solutions Experienced and mediating handling of a wide variety of target groups Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and preferably also good oral French skills (B2) We offer you You may rightly assume that the Canton of Bern is a fair employer in every respect with very good employment conditions.
