For our esteemed customer, a telemarketing service provider with a location in Uster ZH, we are looking for a Call Center Agent Outbound (25-80%) # Employment: 50-80% Location: Uster Industry: General services Publication date: 08.07.2026 Your tasks: • Contact and acquire new customers (print media) • Optimize the customer portfolio, identify sales opportunities • Conduct needs analyses and sell products • Expand customer relationships What you bring: • Lateral entrants with sales flair are welcome • Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory requirement) • Communicative, persuasive, and structured personality with drive • Someone who is willing to go the "extra mile" • Experienced handling of PC & EDV • Flexible deployment readiness (regular evening & Saturday deployments) What you can expect: • 1-2 evening shifts per week / 2-3 Saturdays per month • Shift times (08:15 - 12:00 pm / 13:00-16:00 pm / 16:30 - 20:00 pm) • Fridays only until max. 16:00 pm, Saturdays only until 12:00 pm • Clean induction • Good connection with public transport / parking available • Great flexibility in working hours (25%-80% workload possible) • Working hours between Monday - Saturday (5 working days per week) Are you interested?
