Job description

• Preparation and plating of food, setting up buffets and serving the guest
• Support of the kitchen team in daily operations
• Collaboration at banquets, caterings, and events
• Independent management of stations
• Support with orders and, if necessary, with inventories
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen area

Desired profile

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ or comparable experience
• As a kitchen assistant, you do not need completed training but long-term experience in the kitchen
• Passion for good food and modern gastronomy
• Flexibility is required
• Team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Joy in getting to know new businesses and challenges
• Independent and structured way of working
