Payroll Specialist

For our customer in the Zurich region, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100% Your tasks • Support with monthly payroll processing as well as maintenance and updating of all personnel changes in the ERP system (e.g., Abacus) • Preparation of relevant information and creation of statements • Responsibility for the correct recording, administration, and billing of withholding tax, family allowances, and variable salary components • Collaboration in payroll-relevant year-end closing work, reconciliations with insurance companies, and reports to external agencies; also support for management within the framework of budgeting and promotion processes • Support for managers through evaluations, statistics, and advice on payroll-relevant issues • Main contact person for internal employees, authorities, and insurance companies • Active participation in projects regarding payroll processes and their optimization What you bring with you • Several years of experience in payroll administration • Commercial qualification with supplementary further training in the field of payroll or social insurance • Very good knowledge of Abacus as well as sound Excel skills • Strong service orientation, independent and structured way of working as well as a solution-oriented mindset • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as solid English skills • Very good Abacus knowledge Are you the next talent for our customer?
