For our client, an innovative planning company in the Basel area, we are looking for a committed personality as a Project Manager Building Services (m/f/d). You will take responsibility for diverse projects in the field of technical building equipment and develop sustainable and economical solutions for a wide variety of construction projects.

Tasks ###

• Independent management of projects in the field of building services
• Planning and coordination of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems
• Development of technical concepts and project documentation
• Advising clients and architects
• Monitoring of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Accompanying projects from planning to commissioning

Requirements ###

• Training in the field of building services with corresponding further education
• Experience in the project management of HLKS systems
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high level of personal responsibility
• Independent and structured way of working
• Communication strength and negotiation skills
• Very good German skills

IT ###

MS Office: very good
Nova: an advantage
Revit: an advantage

Languages ###

German m+s: very good
English m+s: an advantage
