" Your key missions You are in charge of administrative follow-up and social interviews. You implement a personalized action plan. You support beneficiaries in social, professional, and administrative integration. You coordinate with internal and external partners. You ensure respect for the home's rules. Your profile You have a HES bachelor's degree in social work (SEFRI recognition if foreign diploma). Minimum. 3 years of experience in a similar function. You have a good knowledge of the Vaud network and social insurance. You have excellent French (oral and written); mastery of English or other languages is an asset You have a marked interest in the field of migration.
