Compliance Officer - Private Onboarding

• Due diligence on account opening requests
• Review of private client account opening requests from an AML/CFT perspective (LBA, OML-FINMA, DCC).
• Review of tax compliance aspects, such as FATCA and CRS (automatic exchange of information)
• Contribution to the drafting of internal notes and procedures
• Participation in key client reviews
• Participation in major regulatory projects
• Optimization of processes and internal directives
• Support and advice to the front line and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master, preferably in law or economics
• Minimum 5 years d-experience in the field of compliance
• Knowledge of Swiss AML laws (LBA, OML-FINMA, DCC) and other applicable regulations
• Excellent command of English and French (d-other languages are a major asset)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work under pressure
• Analytical and methodological approach
• Very good communication skills
• Strong team spirit, enjoying working in a multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
