Tasks:

• With your sales and technical skills, you will look after the shop customers
• Proactive approach towards customers
• Competent advice in all products/services such as communication and entertainment solutions (Mobile, Internet, TV), Security, Cloud, etc.
• Presentation of the shop as an experience world: Presenting the devices and services
• Developing ideas from daily business for the co-design of the shop
• Checking new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, time
• Preparation of goods for return to the distribution center
• Receiving repaired devices and preparation for handover to the customer including information regarding readiness for collection
• Participation in inventories

Profile:

• Completion (EFZ/EBA) in the sales or service environment
• Experience in the telecommunications or Consumer Electronic industry is a great advantage
• Joy in customer contact and interest in the chosen industry
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
• Language skills: German C1, English A2
• Sympathetic appearance as well as communicative skills
