For F.HOFFMANN- LA ROCHE in Kaiseraugst AG, we are looking for you as a technical caretaker / i.e. Facility Technician for the maintenance of the technical building infrastructure.

Job Description

You ensure that the technical building equipment runs reliably, in compliance with authorities and economically over the entire useful life of the buildings.

• Ensuring the availability of the technical building equipment as well as the authority-compliant and economical operation of the systems
• Carrying out technical building and system inspections, fault rectification and maintenance
• Continuous optimization of the systems in terms of energy and costs
• Supervision of external companies
• GMP-compliant documentation
• On-call service
• Participation in exciting, varied projects
• Active exchange with the specialist departments and participation in self-organized teams

Desired Profile

• Completed technical vocational training in the field of building technology (automation technician, ventilation fitter), ideally maintenance specialist
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment
• Basic knowledge of IT applications (Office, SAP or similar)
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Team orientation and willingness to cooperate
• Problem-solving ability and decisiveness
• High sense of responsibility
