Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH 60-100% for our neuropsychiatric specialized ward for people with intellectual developmental disorders of the Klinik für Konsiliar-, Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie starting September 1, 2026 or by arrangement. The Zentrum für Entwicklungs- und Neuropsychiatrie (Management Dr. (BG) Schleusener and Tabea Blatter) is part of the Klinik für Konsiliar-, Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie (Clinic Director Dr. med. ). It offers a unique assessment and treatment range throughout Switzerland for people with intellectual developmental disorders (mental disability) and mental illness. In addition to a neuropsychiatric outpatient clinic, the center has an interdisciplinary assessment center, a consultation and liaison service for institutions for people with intellectual developmental disorders, and a specialized ward that meets the latest scientific findings and quality standards in terms of facility and treatment concept. Profile - You have a successfully completed education in social pedagogy and already bring professional experience, ideally experience in working with people with intellectual developmental disorders and/or challenging behavior - You are flexible, committed, resilient, as well as a responsible personality with enjoyment in demanding patient care in a lively operation - You are interested, proactive, and ready to contribute your professional expertise within the framework of a comprehensive treatment plan in a multidisciplinary team - You speak fluent German and have confident use of common Office applications Tasks - You support the interdisciplinary treatment team with pedagogical issues as well as challenging behaviors and demonstrate solution approaches - In the role as daily reference person, you take on case-related, participatory promotion and care of specifically assigned patients - You design the daily structure in cooperation with the basic team and the other specialist departments - You support the systemic way of working with the social environment of the patient - You are jointly responsible for the implementation of the treatment planning Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
