Tasks

Accompanying, promoting, and supporting clients in everyday life and in their personal development

Planning and implementation of pedagogical offers - individual, creative, and goal-oriented

Creating support plans, reports, and development documentation

Cooperation with relatives, authorities, and specialist agencies

Participation in team meetings, supervision, and case discussions

Co-designing and further developing pedagogical concepts

Profile

Completed training in social pedagogy HF/FH or comparable

Experience in dealing with adults in special life situations

Resilience, personal responsibility, and ability to work in a team

High social competence and professional appearance

Good German skills in speaking and writing
