Responsibilities: • Prepare, set up, and operate the workshop's CNC machines. • Prepare machining programs and perform necessary adjustments. • Control the quality and conformity of machined parts. • Identify and correct any potential defects or malfunctions. • Perform routine maintenance of the machines and their work environment. • Collaborate with technicians and other members of the workshop. • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes. Profile sought: • Professional training in joinery, cabinetmaking, or equivalent training. • Experience in the use of CNC machines. • Good mastery of woodworking fabrication and machining techniques. • Ability to read plans and find technical solutions. • Ease with IT tools and CNC programming software (Cadwork, Lignocam..). • Autonomous, precise, and organized person. • Team spirit and good communication skills. • Rigorous and quality-oriented approach.
