With your passion for software development, automation, and CI/CD, as a technically savvy Product Owner of the System Team, you will shape our technical foundations, platforms, and standards regarding software development and modern IT operations. In doing so, you will support our teams in delivering applications and software faster, more securely, and with higher quality.

What awaits you ###

In an initial phase, your focus will be on three central topics:

• You are responsible for the construction and further development of standardized CI/CD pipelines for our central technology stacks.
• You define binding minimum standards for code, security, and automation together with those involved.
• You support the teams in dealing with pipelines and standards and ensure that these are anchored in an understandable, usable, and effective manner.

In a next step, you will specifically develop the System Team into a central enabler for further parts of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):

• You drive automation across the entire development and delivery process.
• You promote professional software development with clear standards, effective automation, and a high level of maturity.
• You identify areas of high utility, prioritize them, and develop them further together with the team - for example in the areas of test management, environment management, release management, or development standards.
• You create the basis for uniform framework conditions, best practices, and reusable solutions.
• You ensure that the System Team grows with the requirements of the organization and continuously develops and specifically expands its impact.

What you bring with you ###

• You possess an excellent understanding of modern software development, technical platforms, and cross-organizational collaboration.
• You think strategically and are simultaneously technically effective in implementation.
• You understand the requirements of modern software development and bring sound, multi-year experience in topics such as CI/CD, automation, testing, release management, integration, and DevOps - ideally from complex organizations.
• You move confidently in demanding IT landscapes - also in the interplay of standard software, in-house developments, cloud services, and on-prem systems.
• You can develop a clear product vision and structure, prioritize, and translate technical topics into an implementable roadmap.
• You act confidently in an environment with various stakeholders and succeed in establishing common goals and binding guardrails and anchoring them effectively in an organization.
• You think strategically, but remain pragmatic and solution-oriented in implementation. You recognize where standardization makes sense and where teams need the necessary freedom.
• You are proficient in the German language and communicate clearly, appropriately for the target group, and convincingly.
