We are looking for our Environment branch in Lausanne (VD) or Geneva (GE) a Project Manager Water Treatment (f/h/d) 80-100%. Your missions • Management and realization of projects in the field of wastewater and drinking water treatment: Wastewater treatment plant, sludge incineration furnace, drinking water treatment plant throughout French-speaking Switzerland • Management of large multidisciplinary projects • Coordination of different project phases: studies, design, tenders, realization, and commissioning • Realization of hydraulic dimensioning and treatment processes • Writing of technical reports, calculation notes, and project documents • Site management, monitoring of construction sites, and coordination of stakeholders • Monitoring of project costs, deadlines, and quality • Participation in commercial development and maintenance of relationships with clients and partners Your profile • EPF/HES engineer in environment, civil engineering, or equivalent education, with specialization in water treatment • Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering office or construction company, ideally in Switzerland • Proven experience in management and coordination of large technical multidisciplinary projects • Good knowledge of SIA and ATV-DWA standards • Mastery of French; knowledge of German is an asset • Analytical skills, synthetic spirit, and sense of responsibility • Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive personality, with good relational and organizational skills
