THE INTENSIVE CARE SERVICE OF THE HÔPITAL D-YVERDON IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Care of unstable adult patients
• Application of specialized treatments (invasive ventilation, continuous hemodiafiltration)
• Supporting the EPD SI practical training manager in the clinical and pedagogical implementation of practical training
• Conducting clinical teaching, accompanying professionals in training in the field, documenting their progress, participating in assessments and evaluations by delegation, contributing to the development of the team's clinical skills

SKILLS - REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HES nursing degree or equivalent recognized by the Croix Rouge Suisse
• Expert in intensive care with EPD ES diploma or equivalent recognized title.
• Experience in clinical accompaniment or supervision of professionals in training desired
• Recognized pedagogical training, practitioner trainer training or title in the field of clinical training is strongly desired
• Marked interest in the transmission of knowledge, clinical training and skill development
• Ability to prioritize
• Autonomy, team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to adapt easily to changes
• Ability to stay calm and resistance to stress
