It currently employs about sixty employees carrying out their activities in the various fields of occupational pension schemes, such as law, insurance, accounting, IT, wealth management and real estate. The entirety of internal management avoids the pitfalls of outsourcing and allows for the offering of exhaustive answers. Since 2005, CIEPP has been an autonomous private non-profit foundation.
