Management Controller Fixed-term contract until 31.12.26 TRAVYS is the reference public transport company for the Nord Vaudois. It operates 3 railway lines and several bus lines in the Jura - Nord Vaudois region and has more than 300 employees. We act daily for responsible mobility. In order to complete our teams in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for a person to occupy a position as: Management Controller Fixed-term contract until 31.12.26 As a Management Controller, you play a key role in the financial management of the company. In collaboration with the different departments, you prepare the annual budget and ensure the budgetary monitoring of operating expenses (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX). You perform and analyze cost accounting, ensure compliance with the legal framework regarding the use of subsidies, and provide your financial expertise within the framework of TRV/TU offers. You develop and monitor the performance indicators of the branch, develop regulations, directives, processes, and procedures related to management control, and produce analyses as well as decision-support reports for the Executive Management Committee. You also guarantee the management control of investments, both for infrastructure and for other investments, and actively participate in the annual closing activities, notably periodic accruals, inventories, monitoring of ongoing investments, and work related to cost accounting. Your missions Participate in the preparation of the annual budget with the departments and provide quarterly budgetary monitoring reports (OPEX/CAPEX), as well as analyze budget variances and propose corrective measures Participate in the preparation of the cash flow plan and monitoring of liquidity Calculate, collect, analyze, and monitor the allocation keys for cost accounting Establish and analyze cost accounting (Account and budget) Management control of the use of subsidies, allocation of costs by activity sectors Manage with the accounting unit the completed investment projects to be capitalized, monitor and reconcile investments. Calculate, consolidate, and transmit indicators for the dashboard Calculate and transmit financial elements on offers to sponsors Participate in the preparation of offers related to TU/TRV and Infrastructure with the sponsors.
