Offer criteria • Professions: • Locksmith site manager (M/F) • + 1 profession • Diplomas: • CFC / AFP • + 2 diplomas • Locations: • Genève • Conditions: • Permanent • Salary not specified • Full Time • Partial teleworking Offer criteria • Professions: • Locksmith site manager (M/F) • + 1 profession • Diplomas: • CFC / AFP • + 2 diplomas • Locations: • Genève • Conditions: • Permanent • Salary not specified • Full Time • Partial teleworking The company: Adecco ## The Adecco Group Switzerland More info on Adecco Job description ## On behalf of a recognized company specializing in locksmithing, metal construction, and custom works, we are recruiting a: Locksmithing Project Manager (M/F) Responsibilities • Project studies and preparation Analyze technical files and architect plans Perform measurements and feasibility studies Prepare quotes and participate in project costing Prepare manufacturing files and execution plans in collaboration with the technical office Participate in calls for tender and technical negotiations • Project management Plan the different manufacturing and installation phases Organize and coordinate production teams, assembly teams, and subcontractors Ensure financial monitoring of business and respect for budgets Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and contractual requirements Participate in site meetings and ensure the link with architects, works management, and clients • Site monitoring Supervise the smooth running of works until acceptance Anticipate technical issues and propose suitable solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations Ensure administrative monitoring of projects and management of any additional works Profile • CFC in metal construction, metal draftsman-constructor or equivalent training • Additional training as Project Manager, ES Technician, Federal Diploma or equivalent experience • Proven experience in managing projects in locksmithing or metal construction • Good mastery of reading plans and metal manufacturing processes • Proficiency with IT tools and drawing software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent, an asset) • Sense of organization, autonomy, and excellent coordination skills • Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation Benefits • Flexible hours • Teleworking 1 day/week • Office closure on Fridays at 13h • Possibility of company car Contact information Do not hesitate to send us your application, it will be treated with full confidentiality!
