Internal Sales Administrative Employee (m/f/d) I 80-100%

• Proactive management of international customers
• Preparation of offers and order confirmations
• Follow-up of customer orders for timely deliveries
• Preparation of delivery documents for domestic and export shipments
• Issuing invoices and managing data in the CRM
• Interface between sales, work preparation, logistics, and accounting

What you bring:

• Completed basic commercial training (CFC) and continuing education in the field of export
• Experience in internal sales and export
• Assured proficiency in German and English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM
• Interest in technology in the fields of horology and medicine
• Autonomous, structured, and careful working method
• Easy contact, conscientious, team spirit, and stress resistance

And what you have additionally is an asset:

• SAP experience
• Talent for languages :-)
