Hotel & Gastro formation Schweiz is the training organization of the hotel and gastronomy industry and helps shape vocational training in the hotel and gastronomy sectors. For our Vocational Development team in Weggis, we are looking for an engaged personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, who enjoys organizing, keeping an overview, and ensuring that plans become concrete results.

Specialist Vocational Development (100 %)

Your tasks

• You organize and support commissions for vocational development and quality in basic vocational training.
• You independently implement administrative and organizational tasks in vocational development projects and work closely with the project management.
• You plan and organize meetings and workshops, create documents and protocols, and keep an eye on deadlines and pending items.
• You coordinate information and organizational processes with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth processes.
• You take on your own work packages, prepare information, and ensure that documents are structured and available.

What you bring with you

• A completed vocational training; further training in commercial or administrative areas is a plus.
• Experience in organization, administration, or coordination – ideally in an educational environment.
• Proficient German and good editorial skills as well as knowledge of a second national language at level B2.
• Enjoyment in working independently, setting priorities, and implementing things reliably.
• Organizational talent, a careful way of working, and a good eye for the essentials.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and flexibility, even when several tasks arise simultaneously.
• Confident handling of Microsoft applications as well as digital filing, collaboration, and planning systems.
