We are an experienced locksmith team and take care of all concerns regarding locks with great passion. Our specialty is emergency calls and door openings as well as the planning and installation of locking systems. We operate throughout German-speaking Switzerland and work partly with locksmith partners. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Luzern. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Locksmith Technician (m/f/d) 100% Bern Region Ideal place of residence: Wohlen bei Bern, Köniz, Zollikofen, Schliern or surroundings Your tasks • Openings (by appointment or emergency/immediately) of house and apartment doors, cellar doors, room doors, storage rooms, business premises, etc. • Installation and replacement of cylinders and locks • Receiving orders for cylinders and locks • Securing work after a burglary • Further services in the field of locking and security technology What to expect • Independent and flexible work without a fixed workshop – you start directly from your place of residence • A varied working day with changing workloads • You plan installation appointments independently with the customers; all other assignments are coordinated by dispatch • Thorough induction as well as targeted training and collegial support • A fair fixed wage combined with attractive additional earning opportunities • 5 weeks vacation • Working week from Tuesday to Saturday (fixed deployment planning, exceptions possible by arrangement) • A company car that may also be used privately • A motivated team and the chance to participate in a growing company Our expectations • Friendly and confident appearance when dealing with customers • Manual dexterity • Completed vocational training with EFZ or apprenticeship, ideally as a carpenter or locksmith • Experience in locking and security technology is an advantage (door openings, lock installations) • Independent and careful way of working • Impeccable reputation (current criminal record extract) • Enjoyment of emergency and on-call service (no night shifts) • Very good oral Swiss German skills are mandatory • Keeping a cool head in stressful or unusual situations • Place of residence in the specified region (Bern, Wohlen bei Bern, Köniz, Zollikofen, Schliern) • Affinity in handling a smartphone (including WhatsApp, calendar and Outlook) Entry By arrangement Interest piqued?
