Identify, analyze, and handle non-conformities in collaboration with the relevant departments. Actively participate in continuous improvement processes and the optimization of manufacturing processes. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and coordinate first-level maintenance interventions. Contribute to the industrialization and production startup of new references. Your profile Training as an ES Technician and/or CFC in microtechnics or training deemed equivalent. Confirmed experience in the finishing and polishing of watchmaking components. Natural leadership, unifying spirit, and excellent communication skills. Strong field orientation and continuous improvement. Successful experience in the supervision and development of production teams. Mastery of the processes of burnishing, thickness buildup, and finishing of high-precision parts.
