Tasks

Support for HR consulting in all administrative matters

Minute taking, correspondence, and general personnel administration

Independent organization and coordination of the recruitment process in close cooperation with the HR consultants

Appointment planning as well as preparation and follow-up of application processes

Creation, revision, and quality assurance of work certificates

Administrative support of the onboarding process including contract preparation and other entry formalities

Support during personnel checks and administrative clarifications

Participation in the optimization and further development of HR processes and administrative workflows

Profile

Completed commercial basic training

Further education in the HR field (HR specialist or comparable)

Several years of experience in personnel administration

Enjoyment of an independent and responsible way of working

Very good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as SAP

Exact, structured, and reliable way of working

High organizational skills and strong service orientation

Team player with enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
