We are looking for an engaged personality as
Sales Consultant Shop & Showroom Bern 40% (a)
starting immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
Customer care and customer advice actively at the counter, telephone and showroom
Active sales activity in exchange business
Recording of orders and offers, returns and credit notes in SAP S/4Hana
Implementation based on the guidelines recorded in the sales manual
Management and responsibility for the sales office cash register
Support for the field service
Responsibility for stock replenishment, inventory and storage of delivered products
Your profile
Completed apprenticeship as a sanitary installer, heating technician or a comparable training
Initial shop or commercial experience is an advantage
Knowledge of fittings, a technical flair as well as good manners with customers
Good German skills, knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
Teamwork skills, independent way of working, flexibility and organizational talent
Working days: Monday and Thursday
Readiness to increase the workload during holiday coverages
