As part of our strong development, we are recruiting a/an: Operational Maintenance ManagerMain activities * Manage and supervise the Operational Maintenance team by managing the workload planning, training, activity prioritization and by providing support to the activity, * Maintain close collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team by aligning priorities and reporting field needs and constraints, * Develop, deploy and manage the preventive maintenance plan for production equipment, utilities (purified water, compressed air, HVAC), * Guarantee the reactivity of corrective maintenance in accordance with the needs of internal customers, * Develop and manage the annual technical shutdown planning in coordination with site support functions until the restart of production activities, * Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering needs and feedback * Guarantee the compliance of maintenance activities with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP/BPF requirements and applicable regulations, * Ensure the coordination of external service providers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers in connection with their activity, * Participate in the improvement of the maintenance service in collaboration with the Maintenance Methods team. Your profile * University Degree, EPF, HES, Higher Education or deemed equivalent, * Minimum 15 years of experience in Maintenance, * Recognized experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sector, * Recognized experience in Team Management, * Strong sense of service and ability to solve urgent problems, * Fluent French and intermediate English. j4id10408173a j4it0939a j4iy26a
