You will

• participate in the establishment and further development of Marketing Automation: conception, development, introduction, and establishing the topic of Marketing Automation at Valiant Bank
• significantly help shape the strategy implementation & campaign management: planning, implementation, and optimization of data-driven multichannel campaigns to increase efficiency, engagement, reach, and revenue
• work performance- & data-oriented: analysis and optimization of KPIs for the campaigns
• live User Experience: ensuring a consistent and customer-oriented customer journey in the context of the campaign
• work with a multichannel approach: the entire setup and development of the topic takes place in very close cooperation with other areas of the bank
• use and are already familiar with this solution

You bring

• hands-on experience in the field of Marketing Automation, preferably with the solution
• several years of experience in the conception of multichannel campaigns with a customer focus as well as ideally in the establishment of campaign management
• high methodical competence (classic project methodology and agile ways of working Scrum)
• strong communication skills and the ability to inspire people about your topic and take them on this journey
• entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working
• motivation to further build up, drive forward, and sustainably lead the topic of Marketing Automation to success together with a team
