For our location in Niederurnen, we are looking for a Construction Materials Tester 100% (m/w/d) ## Tasks ## • Support in the validation and optimization of alternative construction material formulations through laboratory tests, pilot production, and technical evaluation of recipe performance • Independent planning, execution, and documentation of tests on construction materials • Maintenance and optimization of laboratory equipment as well as Excel-based files and databases • Participation in the evaluation and introduction of new test procedures • Support in the operation of the pilot production plant, including material preparation, production runs, and post-processing, with a strong practical focus • Close collaboration with laboratory and technology teams to ensure reliable data generation and a smooth process of test and pilot activities Requirements ## • Completed training as a technician/construction materials tester or a comparable technical training with relevant practical experience in test procedures for construction materials • Experience with pilot production processes is an advantage • Knowledge in the field of construction materials such as cement, fillers, and fibers • Safe handling of IT applications, in particular Excel and device software • Structured and independent working method, pronounced technical understanding, quick grasp, initiative, and team ability • The activity also includes physical work and requires corresponding resilience • Good communication skills as well as good English skills in word and writing; basic knowledge of German is required.
