Central Data Agent - 3 months contract

Within our Client Onboarding & Administration department, you will join the Central Data service. Your main missions will be:
Analysis and investigation of the legal and tax documentation of natural person files (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS),
Entry of account openings by correspondence, online or by video conference,
Close collaboration with the Compliance and Business Operations departments,
Frequent interactions with relationship managers.

You have proven experience in an administrative service, preferably in the banking-insurance field or within a fiduciary company and/or have knowledge of various banking regulations;
You are recognized as a methodical, rigorous person who knows how to work in a demanding environment;
Fluent French & English, both written and spoken. German is an asset;
Good writing skills and communication sense;
Mastery of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Open personality, sense of service towards internal clients.
