Due to the impending maternity leave of the current job holder in KICK Dorf, we are looking for a Betreuungsleitung 90 % as of 1st October 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks Pedagogical, operational, and personnel management of the KICK facility Dorf Operational quality assurance and further development of the KICK facility Budget responsibility for the care facility with around 20 employees Interdisciplinary cooperation with the school administration, school management, school social work, and other school-related cooperation partners as well as the personnel department Occasional substitute care assignments in the event of staff shortages in your own care facility Communication with parents and internal offices Recruitment of employees in cooperation with the personnel department What you bring Recognized training in the socio-pedagogical professional segment (for applications with a foreign diploma/certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached) Proven leadership skills with motivational and assertive power as well as a clear and appreciative leadership style Motivated, open, humorous, resilient personality with a positive image of humanity and pleasure in dealing with children and parents Flexibility and independence as well as good team and communication skills Organizational talent and good IT skills Stylish and skilled expressiveness in word and writing.
