Your responsibility

• Counseling and support for children, adolescents, parents, school management and teachers
• Intervention and prevention with classes and groups
• Rapid, targeted support for the school organization in crises/conflicts
• Internal team networking, counseling and support
• Triage and coordination with other specialist agencies and authorities
• Participation in school development, especially regarding social-emotional learning and prevention issues

Your background

• Bachelor or University of Applied Sciences in Social Work (requirement)
• CAS in school social work or in the field of counseling, prevention, crisis work desired
• Experience in working with children, adolescents and adults
• Personality with high social and self-competence
• High degree of self-organization and flexibility
• Performance-oriented attitude and structured way of working
• Interest in personal and professional development
• Good communication skills
• Good general IT skills
• Ability to manage written case files effectively and efficiently

The Primarstufe Grellingen is a small school with around 142 children from kindergarten to 6th grade, in 8 classes. We offer a responsible, versatile and varied activity in a lively environment. The Grellingen school is characterized by a committed and well-functioning team.
