Then become part of our success story. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work within the direct and indirect sales channels in the Consumer Customers area. In this role, you support the Sunrise Center as well as our sales partners in operational and sales-relevant processes. With your commitment, you ensure smooth cooperation and actively contribute to sales success. YOUR CHALLENGE: Hub function for all sales channels in the area of Sales Backoffice Partner Lifecycle processes (implementation and mutation of around 200 sales partners and over 3000 sales locations throughout Switzerland) Ensuring and administration of the relevant system logins for sales employees as well as contract creation for Retail Partners in cooperation with Legal Administration and support of the Senior Director Indirect and Direct Retail and their teams as well as the relevant interfaces in the overall company contract administration in the area of Indirect Retail & master data maintenance in all systems project participation in the area of process optimization and system optimization for our sales partners incl. documentation shop inventories YOUR SKILLS: Completed vocational training in the area of Kaufmann/Kauffrau affinity for process management, IT systems and contract law sound Microsoft Office knowledge and SAP knowledge performance-oriented and organizational talent networked thinking with end-to-end focus flexible, resilient and structured very good German and English skills in speaking and writing At Sunrise you work in a dynamic and multinational environment in which every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
